Refund policy

At TheTopDice, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something is wrong with your order, or if you need to request a return, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be complete and, where possible, in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation or receipt

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If the return is caused by our mistake, or because the item arrived damaged or defective, TheTopDice will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or where a refund of standard delivery costs is required by applicable consumer law.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.


Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want it, or for any reason not caused by an error or defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

These returns are eligible for a refund once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.


Free Gifts and Promotional Items

Free gifts included with a returned order must also be returned in unused condition if the full order is returned.

If a free gift is not returned, or if a partial return means the order no longer qualifies for the promotion, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned separately for cash, credit, or exchange.


Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete

Free gifts or promotional items returned separately

Custom or personalized dice, once available, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed by us within 5 to 7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


European Union and United Kingdom 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without giving a justification.

As above, items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in the same condition that you received them.

For eligible returns made under the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund the item price and any standard outbound delivery cost where required by law.

The customer remains responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, or unless applicable law states otherwise.

This right does not apply to custom or clearly personalized items, once available, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
