Our dice and gaming accessories are intended for tabletop gaming and collecting by responsible players.
Our products are not toys for young children.
Small items may present a choking risk. Keep dice and small accessories away from young children and pets.
You are responsible for using our products safely and appropriately.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and account information.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by law, including orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, placed by resellers, affected by stock issues, affected by pricing errors, or affected by checkout errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled part of the order, unless another lawful resolution applies.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched.
7. Retail Customers Only
Our store is currently intended for normal retail customers.
We do not currently offer wholesale, distributor, reseller, or bulk merchant terms unless agreed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, distribution, or commercial bulk purchasing.

We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

Discounts, promotional offers, review rewards, newsletter rewards, and free gifts may be changed, limited, paused, or ended at any time where permitted by law.
Only one discount code or promotion may be used per order unless checkout clearly allows otherwise.
Free gifts may vary by order, availability, promotion, and order value.
Free gifts cannot be chosen, exchanged, returned separately, redeemed for cash, or refunded separately unless required by law.
If an order is returned and no longer qualifies for a free gift or promotion, the value of the gift or promotion may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Custom or clearly personalized products may not be returnable or cancellable once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless applicable law states otherwise.

TheTopDice is an independent brand.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with any game publisher, tabletop company, card game company, miniature company, or trademark holder.
Any third party names, game names, trademarks, logos, faction references, or intellectual property mentioned on our website are the property of their respective owners.
Any descriptive compatibility references are used only to help customers understand the type of tabletop games or gaming systems our unofficial dice may be suitable for.
