1. Shipping From Spain
All orders are packed and shipped from Spain via Correos.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, which means the same day or the next day.
TheTopDice is operated by VOIDBAGSTCG LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Our registered business address is in the United States, but it is not a warehouse and it does not receive parcels. All outbound shipping and all returns are handled from Spain.
2. Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
3. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code.
You can follow your parcel at correos.es or on any global package tracking website.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched from Spain, which happens within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Spain and Europe: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
- United States: 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 7 business days
- Australia: 5 to 7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 10 business days
These times are estimates measured from the moment your order is dispatched. They are not guarantees. Delivery depends on the destination, the local carrier, the customs process, and other factors outside our control, and carrier or customs delays can happen.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping once your order reaches the free shipping threshold for your currency:
- $150 USD
- €130 EUR
- £115 GBP
- CAD $210
- AUD $220
Our store currency is United States dollars. If you are shopping from another market, prices and the free shipping threshold are shown and charged in your local currency.
Orders below the free shipping threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required to receive your order.
These charges are outside our control and we cannot predict or cover them. If you are unsure whether your country applies import fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
If a package is returned to us because import charges were unpaid or refused, our standard return and reshipping terms apply, and additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
7. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable for delivery, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, or if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us.
We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier where possible to help resolve the issue.
