R'lyeh was never described as tasteful. Purple Cthulhu Rising dice put a green tentacled head on marbled purple resin, with acid green pips glowing out of the rest of the faces.

Every 16mm resin D6 is cast, tumbled and painted by hand, the tentacles filled so the green stays legible instead of drowning in the purple. It is the loudest die in the mythos and that is the point. Sitting with the rest of our Cthulhu Dice.
